Renovated with condo quality finishes and a mid-century inspired modern aesthetic, it is boutique, design forward and modern. Gus encompasses a variety of one and two bedroom homes, with expansive outdoor patios and private deck space, designed for entertaining in mind.

To stay consistent with the mid-century, modern design of the building, muted, neutral colors were used throughout the branding. The same aspect of simplicity, in combination with contrast, was the focus for the Gus logo inspiration, signage and website.
